| About Inara: "Inara is a companion from Firefly/Serenity, she's beautiful and well educated ;). She is strong willed, with a big heart" About the Cosplay: I made this for LFCC 2011, as Inara is one of my fav characters from Firefly and I've wanted to make this outfit for ages, so figured where better to cosplay her :). I made the skirt from 2meters of deep red fabric [still need to add the gold embroidery] the red top I made from 1/2meter of Red cherry blossom brocade, and the gold top I made from 1/2 meter of gold Princess Satin. The necklace I made from butchering 2sale necklaces from Newlook, also made the earrings from the remains, but need to remake them so they're correct. The wig is my Alexiel wig just pinned up (with alot of pins mind lol) I look forward to wearing this again with Gaming_Goddess as my Kaylee, and hopefully round up a few more crew members :D Budget: £20 Actual Cost: £16 xxx | |
