| ♥ Events Worn at: ♥ ● Kitacon III (2011) ● Ayacon 2011 Since FusionRose is being Lulu on Friday and I'm stalking her all weekend (mwahahah) I've chosen to be Lenne along with her. Although if I'm not skinny enough by then or if I can't afford it I'll be Julia Heartilly me thinks =] I love Lenne! She's so pretty =D **02/01/11** - I've decided to put all the costumes I've got planned for upcoming events into progress since I keep working on the wrong ones and this way I can feel a bit more organised XD **27/01/11** - So the outfit is bought (I need an email back from the seller to make sure everything's okay) and I'll be using my old boots, and I've got the hair extensions. I noticed in the 1000 words video that the "earrings" aren't earrings and they look like braids from her hair. But since I wouldn't know how to do that I'm going to leave it as earrings. At least this way I can have the "streamers" down and they'll still be pretty =] So right now just awaiting for the costume to be made and arrive. And then I'll be making the earrings and if I have time a microphone :D...must work on flatter stomach @_@ **30/03/11** - Outfit arrived =D and it's goood, I'm gonna need to safetypin it so it fits a bit better =D but yay! Detailed Description: Okay so obviously I didn't do a lot to this outfit. I bought the top, arm warmers and skirt/shorts from a seller on eBay. I was really worried it would fit but when I tried it on it was really perfect. The only thing that didn't fit great was the shorts - the seller obviously hadn't taken into account that I had a big arse xD For the hair I used my own. Despite being long anyway for the extra volume and length I wore some hair extensions. The earrings were made by me and Fusionrose. Since I don't have pierced ears I bought clip on earrings with a circular hoop. Then I bought a Seed bead wheel with oranges, reds, yellows - very warm colours. I visitied Fusionrose and together (whilst watching some cheesy movie) we put some orange thread onto a needle and threaded the beads onto it. Then we looped the thread into the hoops so they would sit easily on the earring. Mine came out quite wonky whereas Fusionrose's were all even D: but I loved wearing them and the danglyness of them. I was always scared they'd slip off my ear but it only happened a couple of times. When I wore the outfit at Kitacon I ended up wearing some black sport shorts. But they were too long so spent a good 5-10 minutes safety pinning them up so they were shorter. The boots I wore were just an old pair I found in my cupboard and they'd been nommed on by mice =[ One day I'd love to wear her again with better shorts and boots. Atm my hair is black and red so I'd either need to dye it back or get a wig. But I won't be wearing this for a while I think =] But she was definatly one of my most comfortable cosplays at Kitacon! **22/08/11** - I wore this at Ayacon 2011 as my tifa never arrived! As I just grabbed the items I forgot the belt and the earrings but it was only a last minute thing so I wasn't too bothered xD I got some awesome photos though with Death May Die so I can't wait for them to be uploaded! | |

Earrings (Posted 26th March 2011) Earrings are made, me and fusionrose made them last night whilst watching the Back Up Plan XD I like them a lot :D they're all dangly and pretty. I just need the outfit to arrive and then she's complete, I may find some better boots for her though if I have time |

Make Up Test (Posted 13th March 2011) Well I did the make up test and I'm pretty happy with it :D I plan on getting better make up before Kitacon though but at least now I know what I'm doing. I know her eyes aren't as dark as what I did but for photo purposes I thought it would appear more :) so yeah |

Confirmation (Posted 2nd March 2011) I've recieved confirmation this morning that my outfit is being made and will be sent in time for the event :D Suprisingly they didn't ask for anymore money :S but I'm not complaining :D woop woop! |

Outfit Bought! (Posted 27th February 2011) My friend was going to make it for me xD but I was talking to my nan about everything and she said if I wanted to buy one I could borrow the money from her and pay if back on my first pay day =D so yay! I've bought it :D It's about £36.02 but since I'm a fatty they need to tell me how much extra I'll pay for the material @_@ but they said it shouldn't be anymore than $10 (£6) so it's not too bad =D |

you dont need me to make it you can do it ! :D looking at it what id do is get a pattern to make a shirt, then add the frills cos then its fitted and epic to makefrills frilly use a long stitch to gather material on :D and so on lol
XDD I barely understood any of that! lol! I shall have a look and see if i can though :P I think if i can stare at it long enough i'll see the different sections and layers which would make it easier @_@ x
hahaha my mind does work differently, but like you said just setion it off, the base top and then the frills = finished :D
