| Outfit and sword commissioned by Tab. Wig styled by CharlotteLuna. Had an amazing time as Ivy for Kitacon. The reason I chose to cosplay Ivy, despite not being a cosplayer for long was because she's always been a dream cosplay of mine. I'm curvy, and there aren't a lot of curvy characters in anime, manga and video-games, but Ivy is one of the main ones. She's always been one of my favourite video-game characters growing up as she was sexy and badass, and she's always been my best character to fight with. I put her in my planned list and J-Po asked if I wanted to be in her group for Kitacon, so I accepted! Knowing Tab had made her before and knowing he was reliable from my boyfriend and friends, I chose him to commission Ivy and I'm very glad I did! We ended up going with the purple spandex because the colours of the pleather swatches didn't really match Ivy's outfit. Also, I was really inspired by BelleChere, one of thee best Ivy cosplayers. It was a shame my hair came out the wig in some of the photos but with a claw for a hand it was hard to adjust. Will re-wear this a lot as Tab did a fantastic job! Honourable mention to Angel_of_Algebra who helped me in it twice, and out of it. Dunno what I'd do without him.~ <3 | |

It's hard to get reference photos but it'd be cheaper, I could make parts of it myself, maybe quite a lot of it myself, and it's less revealing but still awesome at the same time. :D
