| To go with FFGamerGirl's amaaaaazing Garnet and BabemRoze's ammaaazing freya =D I have done Beatrix before but it fell apart. Luckily i now know how to make Armour so it should be fine xD x. Part of a Final Fantasy IX group at Kitacon:- Freya Crescent - BabemRoze Garnet til Alexandros 17th - FFGamergirl Ruby - 0o0managamad0o0 Steiner - Numta3 Vivi - Taol Quina - NixiethePixie Stiltzkin - FreyaRule For this Beatrix i've decided to do it my own way. People may argue and say that it's not accurate but i don't mind since i'm doing it the way i want to not the way other people want me to. Instead of Red for the inside of the coat and the leggings i've gone for burgundy because i think it makes the outfit look more royal. For the leg straps, I've seen another cosplayer who used elastic instead of making armour so that's exactly what i have done and i loved them =D I was originally going to make Armoured shoes however that failed and so i know have spray painted a pair of my dolly shoes and they look a lot better =D I've also decided to keep the wig a little long as i prefer it that way =D x. Finished my save the queen today. After lots of tantrums and tears I can finally put it to one side. A big problem happened and now the sword is a little slanted to the side but with expo so close I don't have the time to restart. Pictures soon. The belt is also very nearly complete. Will be going to hobby craft sonetime this week and getting some glue sticks to glue the buckle and detail on then that's complete also! Woop! X. 26 / 03 / 2011: OMFG SHE'S COMPLETE!!!!!!!! X_X 05 / 04 / 2011: After all the really lovely comments and how i'm seriously altering my Lulu cosplay i've now decided to do Beatrix for London MCM expo on the saturday. I will however be editing parts of the cosplay: 1) New Wig 2) New Belt 3) New Armour (Maybe) I can't be bothered to put this back into In Progress though so i'll just leave it in complete. I loved wearing Beatrix at Kita with the amazing FF9 Group. A big thank you to J-Po for putting it together <3 x. | |

Already Planning Version 3 (Posted 23rd March 2011) It's really bad but i have this massive urge to make the armour, shoes and the wig completely accurate. Because i found out how to do it >.< For this version however i only have a few things left to do until it is complete. |

No Save the Queen for Kita (Posted 21st March 2011) I've decided against having Save the Queen for Kita considering i want it to be accurate and to have it accurate wouldn't suit the weapon guidelines. I will be making her Save the Queen though for the next time i wear this cosplay. I've nearly finished the costume itself, just have to get some velcro to attach the armour to the gloves and i still have to make that half skirt and i'm all done x. |

Shoes (Posted 31st January 2011) Well the armour shoes are absolutely impossible! They just keep coming apart whenever i try to walk in them. So Because i'm now putting my own touch to Beatrix, i'm gonna try and find just a pretty pair of silver heels x. |

Making the armour (Posted 23rd January 2011) In the middle of making the armour today. Strengthening it at the moment and it's coming along really nicely, i may decide to strengthen it a little more not sure yet, and after that just need to paint and attach and it's finished x. |

Coat nearly finished (Posted 18th December 2010) I got an email today saying how the coat is very nearly finished, all that needs to be done is the rose design on the back and then it will be shipped out to me so i should have it by the time i come home from Florida. I've also just ordered meh wig, Really looking foward to doing this x. |

coat now being commissioned. (Posted 19th November 2010) Payed and ordered my commission for the coat and eyepatch and that should be getting to me for around christmas time. Lots of thanks to my boyfriend for lending me the money for it as i&#039;m not very good for money at the moment. So happy i'm getting a commission of this because i was not happy with my last coat. |

They do do amazing work =D I will definetly be using them again. Like i said in my journal i wrote when i paid for the commission i was scared to make another coat and to be honest i was also kinda scared how this would turn out but i'm so happy with it x.
The amount of people who would have actually taken credit for that coat is unreal =[ those people need to be shot O^O I think you coulda made it well if you wanted to though =D x Come home soon! x

well i have a day undecided and i loved wearing garnet even thought it gave me a *cough* certain wedgie lmao the only thing is i know that im doing tifa on the sunday for certain oh and moka on sat night but other than that its all in the air lol
