Colours. (Posted 14th September 2011) Decided on silver rather than gold. Gold is too shiny and I pretty. I think silver has more of a cold hard edge look? Don't you think. Anyway it's all looking pretty awesome at the moment....I shall endevour to get picture up ^.^ |

Progress (Posted 13th September 2011) Today has been incredibly productive :) Got the skirt finish....cut out the leather panels for the sides as well and will get them painted up later Got the vambraces properly shaped and moulded and glued....will have to buy some PVA to get them sealed and then painted But it's all coming together quite nicely :) Wig has also arrived and looks awesome ^.^ wish I had a working camera to take photos of it all though :( |

One down. (Posted 13th May 2011) Yay....soo is finished this part for now. All pretty with blue and gold :) Might give it a little touch up with more paint. But i'm very pleased with it. Also....flash has made it more blue than reality...it's a little bit darker. |

Trial run.... (Posted 26th March 2011) Ok....I've done a trial of the Breast Panel. Was a bit sceptical if it would work because it's literally a bra that's been cut to shape with silicon glue to hold it together The outside design was done with silicon glue painted with gold while it was drying. Using Citadel Paint as much as I can for this costume. Authenticity and all that lmao ;) Quite pleased how this has turned out though to be honest. After I've done it over with some blue fabric paint....it might turn out to be good to use for the actual costume... |

oh lovely, I like the WH Dark Elves. The design looks like a lot of fun, definitely an unexpectedly large amount of coverage for a dark elf female.. XD

Wow progress on the bra looks great. How do you get hot glue to go only where you want it like that? It looks so neat!
I used cold silicon glue :)...I find it's less runny and a bit more maleable if you end up with lumps.
Really neat glue work for the details, really good effect.
