So I then I decided i'll sort out the ankle cuffs ... and I couldn't find my prym pliers anywhere so had to order another one of those ... btw my op on fabric - velvet would look so much more period and stylish, plus I love the way velvet has a two tone appearence.

I was thinking velvet, but I really want the white layers to be more pearlescent, which I don't think i'll get with that material ... :/

Oh yeah definitely, the white can be pearlescent... but the Red has got to be velvet. That would be such a nice contrast too between the two different fabrics. :)
I must say I do love velvet, so there's a good chance that I'll use it! :)
Aha new wig arrived :P looks great. I must say you are a master of disguise..each time I see you in a new cosplay you look completely different.

I used an old choker and just added bits to it, so was quite easy!
