Description
Seto is one of my most favourite characters ever. I've wanted his jacket since I was about 14! So, now I've finally gotten to cosplay him, I'm content ^^ That was pretty much my only reason for cosplaying him! My sheer adoration =3 Plus, I wanted to be an asshole for the day. The hardest part was cutting the coat out all in one piece, so that I didn't have a big nasty join in the back! Managed it eventually though~ The other hard part was figuring out what to make the metal 'arm-warmers' out of. Then I spotted this shiny material in a fabric store, and I was sorted! Though it wasn't hard, the part that took the longest was the crafting of the Kaiba Corp logo for my jacket and belt buckle, and the anchor for my necklace. Also, I hand-made the buckles for the arm and leg belts. All these components were made from Fimo clay. I spent many hours on these parts, watching Yu-Gi-Oh as I made them ^^ The easiest part was making the necklace. Yay for gluing crappy Yu-Gi-Oh cards together! XD I learned from this that PVC is an amazing material. I love it! I also learned that I want to use it again when I get around to doing Alister =P This has been my favourite costume to wear. Just because I love striding around like Seto and watching my coat-tails flapping in the wind~ Also, it gives me an excuse to not smile in photos! Instant win =D As with my other costumes, another reason I enjoy wearing this is because of the people I met because they recognised my character. Really, really awesome~

Those coat tails are so epic! You must have so much fun with them!
I love all the accessories, they really bring the costume together! And the 'Kaiba Cave' photo makes me grin inanely for some reason! ^__^
