Description
Well I am prepearing now so I won't be dissapointed when the time comes, I have spoken to alot of people about me crossplaying as Misa and one suggested I'd come in as Strait Jacket Misa and I thought that would be kinda cool so perhaps I could steal a load of sheets from where I work and make the costume and also make the blindfold but have to make sure I can see through it lol UPDATE - I started progress on the costume, basicly I have begun work on the mask first, I got Acrylic plastic and am firstly making the prototypes before making the real thing, once I sawed it into shape, I'll be putting the plastics in a towel and using an Iron to melt it into shape^_^ UPDATE - I got the Straight Jacket today and I gotta say, I'm quite impressed on how cool it is, downside to it though is that I can't really put it on myself, I'll need help with it which is a good thing that I'm saving this one for the Expo as I'll be with friends lol I need to modify it in the Way Misa has hers and am cool with the straight Jacket^__^ UPDATE - Well I didn't exactly modify the jacket but by using my iniciative, I have brought a Skirt the right length and size and I cut it up to give the Jacket a worn out effect, so basicly all I need to do is make the mask and the costume is complete^_^ the Mask is probobly the hardest bit while the skirt is the easiest^_^ FINAL UPDATE - My Misa costume if finally complete, please excuse the facial hair in the pictures as that will be removed for the expo, I am so pleased with the finished result of the mask, I had to use an iron to melt the plastic in place. just to make sure I don't bump into things, I used tinted black plastic lol
