Description
This was made for my friend, Laura, for MCM EXPO in may 2010. She made most of the accessories, like the belt and the arm bands but I made the rest. Her top is red leather with kilt buckles down the side, I part glued and part sewed them on. The shorts were made from green satin and lace, the top of them was elastic so she could easily pull them on and off. The boots were really tricky and I pretty much knackered my sewing machine making them. They were originally black ugg boots that I cut into shape at the bottom and cut off the top strip to attatch later. I made a tube out of white leather on the outside and white cotton inside and then stuffed cotton wool between them so puff it out. This was then sewn/glued into the bottom of the ugg boot and the strip was sewn/glued to the top of it..thus creating the boot! The details were just strips of black leather.
