| This was a group of Josh(PhantomShadow(?)), My boyfriend Aaron(SunsetDancer) and myself :D Josh - Simon Aaron - Kamina. Well...I was asked to do this by Aaron but i wanted to do Simon more but eventually he convinced me to do Yoko, for the first few months I wasn't all that enthusiastic about doing the cosplay and was kinda milling myself along to do it :( then it got closer to the date and I picked myself up and got it done, not to the best standard but done none the less and I was happy with it :) I ended up really enjoying doing this character, though a few people got confused as to who we were at MCM expo May 2011. There were parts of this i did enjoy making like hand painting the gurren lagann symbol on the skirt piece, and getting into it with wrapping the 6 metre belt around my waist haha xD. I just wish i'd made the jacket a little shorter at the bottom. :( Pole was done by Aaron. Obviously didn't take much xD. | |

Belt (Posted 28th April 2011) Just a close up of the belt :D Its a long strip measuring 6 meter's that get's wrapped around and around and around xD sinces hers is wrapped :3 |

Camera not working :( (Posted 13th March 2011) Dont have pictures since my camera's decided to stop working :( but got the edges done on the wrap and the jacket done as well having to make my own puff sleeves D:! since the ones on the pattern didnt fit right for me, gave them bigger puffs :3 got the bottoms of the sleeves done (the little triangles) just gotta sew them up and attach them to the sleeves :33 so excited to get this finished, if i get it done before Kitacon i might wear it for kits! :D |

wrap (Posted 8th January 2011) Got it painted today :) Freehand drew it on from refrences so it might be a little wonky :c just need to let it dry, iron it then wash it :) |

skirt,top and wrap (Posted 21st December 2010) got a little bit one, major improvements to be made and tweeking to do before addiing more detail, the belt around it isnt the actual one i'll be using, just a spare peice of material to break it up |
