Card Hat (Posted 29th July 2011) Did a mock up hat template at school during my job (we were all making hats, so I went for a top hat *grin*) as a teacher. Didn't actually measure anything, hence the gaps but I wanted to see what it would look like... This would then be wrapped in brown material. |
