Description
This commission was for a Top hat and Waistcoat in a steampunk style for the commissioner to wear to a wedding. The waistcoat was made to the measurements given by the commissioner. It's made with a gold silk brocade which was specially ordered for the commissioner. It's lined with black duchess satin and has 2 working pockets. The top hat is made from black duchess satin built over a buckram frame. A shorted style of hat was requested so it's height was different to my standard hats. It's trimmed with fabric from the waistcoat and adorned with red cockerel feathers.
