| Yeah I spose this could be in-progress because there's a few props I want to make but for now, I really can't be bothered to make them as I'm not too fussed on this cosplay so am dumping it in complete. I really like the winter uniform, it's cute! About time I made it. Going to wear this for a night shoot with Roy Swordsman as Yue and Ichigo-Chan as Tomoyo! Going to react the scene at Tokyo Tower... Without Tokyo Tower 8D The top was made with black polycotton I had lying around, I think it was originally suppose to be a fitted jacket but I unpicked the side seams to make it baggier and then sewed on the sleeves. It's really baggy and cosy! The black undertop was bought from Primark ages ago. The sailor collar was recycled from my Summer uniform version. I took apart the red tie and replaced it with a white one (again, a fake tie because I didn't have enough fabric for a proper one) and replaced the black ribbon for red. This was then attached onto the black top so that it actually stays on, I learnt my lesson from the last time as it liked to slide back! The cuffs are double layered with red ribbon sewn on. They're really neat inside and out, so I will be walking around going "Hey, check out my cuffs!" XD The white skirt was made for my still-in-progress Kahoko Hino cosplay ages ago. Basically it's made by measuring my waist, multiplying that figure by 3 and box pleating it. Then I took my waist measurement and added on a couple inches for the waistband. Socks are from Primark. Shoes are from Clark's Village. Wig is from Wig Fashion I think?? I still can't decide between whether to opt for bobbles or a hat, I'll decide later, I cba to do anything with this costume anymore XD And that's everything you need to know about my costume! My legs, they'll be so cold ;_; | |

Nearly there! (Posted 3rd October 2010) I'm too old for this cosplay ROFL. Decided to do a test shot with everything I have so far. (Bar the turtleneck, I'm too lazy to dig around my wardrobe for it! I was boiling enough without it thank you very much) I think all I have left to do is buy some white socks from Primark and buy (or find) more red ribbon for the sailor collar. The tie was originally going to be a fully functional tie, but I didn't have enough fabric for that so I had to make it the same way I did for my Summer uniform version, i.e. a fake tie. Now to decide whether to make the hat or not. I mean, I have the fabric left over from making the tie (I cut up a kimono sleeve which was suppose to be for Jeanne but I decided one layer was enough so I took away a layer hence why I still have it :'D). So I could make it. It just depends whether I can -really- be bothered or not :P Time Taken: 1hr |

Top 90% (Posted 2nd October 2010) As always I decided to make things difficult for myself. The actual top itself was fine, mainly because I was digging through my scrap fabric for some black polycotton and came across a half sewn torso, so I used that XD. I have no idea what I was going to use it for previously, I think it was a fitted jacket but I unpicked the sides to make it bigger and luckily it had no darts in it so there aren't any funny holes across the front :3 I then found some more polycotton and made some sleeves out of them. They're a bit baggy but I quite like the look, will probably keep it like this unless I change my mind - it's easily changeable without unpicking anything! The making-things-difficult part is the cuffs. I decided, yeah, this is a quick costume, why not spend more time on it? So, I cut out two rectangles for each cuff, sewed them together bar one longer side and attached them separately to the black gathered sleeves, then I hand stitched the top of the white cuff for a neat finish. I will now be prancing around Expo saying "HEY, LOOK AT THE INSIDE OF MY SLEEVES YO! ;D" lolol. I can't find my mass load of red ribbon, I really need to sort out my fabric piles as I did have it last week then I lost them XD; The sailor collar will be attached as soon as I make a shiny new tie and replace the black ribbon for red. I'm being cheap and reusing it yes :P It's not like I'm ever going to wear the Summer uniform again! XD Mainly because I've officially lost the top oTL. Umm yeah, can't think of anything else to write. Couldn't be bothered to find my turtleneck. It's somewhere in my wardrobe I know that! Time Taken: 3hrs |

*raises hand* I'm up to being your Tomoyo. My hair is not long enough at the moment, but it's almost up to my waist, so possibly get away with it.
Yaaay~! Tomoyo-chaaan~~
Haha, your hair will be longer than mine when I get it cut!
FFFF So tempted in being Syaoran with you OTL
I can't wait to see you as Sakura again o3o~ <3
Oh wow, awesomeness!! I have to be there to see this X3
Oh great - two of my worst enemies combine their cuteness...I'm SO SCREWED...:)
I can see you put down Octobers Expo as the event for this costume. Do you have any idea which day and time? because I can only cosplay as Tomoyo for half a day and only can afford the Expo for one day atm.
(Just need to make sure I'm in my Tomoyo costume when you do Sakura)
This costume is so dman pretty, I can't wait to see you wear it ^^
Ah, when I was younger, all my classmates would watch Tweenies (is that how it's spelt..?) and I was the only one who watched Card Captor Sakura xD
