Tbh, it's surprising I haven't made more Gorillaz costumes considering how much of my childhood/early teens was spent apeing their style and coveting my wee brother's army print bucket hat. I chose to do Cyborg Noodle as I don't really do pink. Also, apart from the beautiful, beautiful wig and few bits and bobs, I pretty much already have everything for this with a little modification. Cheap costume and a justifiable non-cosplay need for almost those exact boots (as my old ones are wrecked) means I could splurge a bit on a more expensive wig than I'd usually buy. Excited!!!! :D EDIT: This was originally started in 2010, but due to issues with my health, meant that I didn't manage to complete it at the time. I will eventually get around to completing and wearing it at some point in the future. I still have all the bits I started making for it , except for the jacket panel(s) as any black pleather lying around not already attached to a costume ends up getting re-appropriated for other costumes... And even if it is attached to a costume it still might get ripped off and used anyway. lol. In a way I'm glad I've been forced to wait to complete this as I now (2012) have an embroidery machine available to make all the patches.
