|Cost :||Over £100|
|Time Taken :||Over a month|
|This is easily my most complex and expensive cosplay. It took a bit over month to do. A lot of that time was spent doing the embroidary.|
The majority of the white matrial is Duchess Satin, only the undershirt is a cotton and the hat is a cheap version of the satin. The Blue matiral is crushed Velvet. The hat has a gold material for the pattern. The edges of the jacket and cloak is gold bias binding (which was wonderful to work with) while the patterns are embroidary. I swear I must have bought all the gold thread in Essex. Then red and green bead for the, well, beads.
I really wanted a long cloak for this that trialed on the ground, luckily I had enough material by the end. It was a pain for the weekend, but I'm glad I had it.
Just a quick thanks to a certain a couple of people. One made the frame for the hat, the other, well, I could have finished it on time without her, my knight of zero :D
Also a huge thanks to my mum. She helps me with all of my cosplays and without her I wouldn't even have had half the cosplay done on time. She puts so much of her own time into it helping me.
