I've always loved this casual look of Shujin's and the headphones are a really nice touch to the over-all look. He seems to have quite a fun and quirky personality too, which should be fun ^_^ I read the first couple of chapters of Bakuman as they originally came out but then decided to wait until it was released over here so that I could enjoy reading it properly in book-form. The process of making manga is a subject that I'm very, very interested in and also the series is drawn and written by the same duo who created Death Note, so for both of these reasons I knew that I'd want to do a Bakuman cosplay sometime. Now the first manga volume has been released and I'm really enjoying it so time to stick Shujin on my " to-cosplay " list =P This one isn't a priority right at the moment, but that's not particularly a bad thing as that means that by the time I do cosplay as him I will have read more of the series and so know more about him and be able to have more fun and ideas for photoshoots ^_^

I've been watching the anime and I love Shujin! Kinda want to cosplay as Moritaka now xD

Yeah Shujin's such a fun character, definitely my favourite in the series so far.

It would be great if you cosplayed as Moritaka, you should go for it. I did briefly see cosplays of both of them at the Expo but never had the chance to get a picture since it was so crowded inside.
