| Well, as we all know, I'm a bit obsessed with the Little Mermaid, but anyway, this is something I'm designing and making parts of for my design class at college for my porfolio. It's a theatrical costume for the sea witch, kinda more based off of Andersen's original than the Disney version, but still kinda a bit panto if ya know what I mean. lol. Not that it was that hard, just time consuming, but the armlet took me 14 hours to make because it's intricate and fiddly, plus I messed it up a few times. The overdress wasn't especially hard either, just difficult to make on myself (due to lack of dressform of any kind), messed up the fastening a few times. | |
