| I guess this is the first 'proper' costume I've made. It's about 4 years old and was made in a hurry when some friends and I decided we wanted to dress up for a Lord of the Rings marathon our local cinema arranged. It's a very basic costume, made with whatever things I had at hand, or could borrow (cloak was a friend's). So with that in mind I was pretty proud of it *lol*. I still love hobbits, so I have plans about doing a remake of it to get a proper hobbit costume. Spend more time on making the feet would be a good idea... *lol* Anyway, for being such a hurried costume and with no real effort used, it was a costume I loved wearing! It was sooooo comfy and the cloak was so nice and warm! So when the movie marathon was finished (in middle of the night), most other were chilly, but I couldn't be more comfortable ^_^ Also, me and my friends were the only ones who showed up in costumes, so a lot of people came to talk with us, or were just staring at us XD. We even ended up in the newspaper =D | |
