| Just a costume I have wanted to do for... so long. I love Helena. Her fighting style is so much fun, and I love this costume of hers. Its so lavish and the applique gold detailing is lovely and delicate. She's one of my favourite characters from Dead or Alive, closely followed by Hitomi; and I don't really like DoA that much, it just seems to me like an eye candy game. But yeah... this costume is beaaaautiful. And the wig will give me a chance to practise wig styling and getting bangs right. :) Probably for Aya or Ame next year. I'm probably going to commission this for Minamicon 17; as I don't feel like I have the skills to make the beautiful jacket and I don't want to mess it up. Have commissioned this costume as my skills suck and I have had no cosplayy drive for the last half year. Commissioned from Khaos Kreator; I'll be making the leggings and sorting out boots/gloves and wig. | |

Another Helena fan here. The jacket looks gorgeous, I was never completely happy with the one I made but this looks perfect. Have you seen her DOA4 costume? Its been on my list for ages but I'm not sure how confident I feel making an all in one. Anyway, I can't wait to see this at Minami and good luck with finishing it!

As Mangamad said, if you wear it again bigger bangs would would be good, but that's a minor tweak =)
