General
Cost : £30ish, plus postage =p
Time Taken : 10 hours or so

Description
Made for Wayne, but Im sooo proud of it ^^
As it is his costume go comment him in it! He has a wig and everything =D

Cape and hakama were made with the help of my friend Simon, cos hes clever and good with patterns!

Now I can finish Luppi ^^
