Description
This was a cape I was commissioned to make from Runescape. It was a challenge as the reference pictures were very small so I had to interpret a lot of it. The cape is made from 100% linen for an authentic feel and is fully lined. Teh design on the back is done in appliqué and the shoulders are reinforced with buckram and millinery wire. The front fastens with a cord and button and much of the cape had to be hand stitched together with extra strong upholstery thread as it was impossible to machine all of it.
