| I decided to do L about two days after I got dragged into the Death Note franchise hype, so about three weeks before JapEx. Simplest costume I have ever worn, but that doesn't mean I didn't have difficulties xDD I only found the shirt the day before the expo, despite it being possibly the easiest piece of clothing *ever* to find, and I had to get a friend to buy the wig for me, so I didn't know what it looked like until I got it. Thankfully it was okay ^^ The trousers I had owned for a couple of years before, so they were worn out to just the right colour - although they had a big rip down the front of one leg, so had to spend about half an hour sewing that up. Also on the good side was that it was two sizes too big for me by then, so they were baggy enough too (so much that they kept slipping down my butt everytime I went up or down stairs xD; ) The only thing I really regret doing in this costume is not wearing shoes. I stepped on about a million sticky things, which was horrible. xD; | |
