Costume Information

Cost : £50
Awards : Best Junior Entry - London MCM Expo October 2010
Time Taken : 10 hours +

Thia costume has been so much easier than I thought it would be, and I learned a great deal along the way. I am almost wary of the fact at how smoothly this cosplay came together... I must have made an error somewhere XD

My friend Jools is going to be wearing this on Sunday of the MCM expo and will be with me dressed in the ruffly dress that Sakura wears. We will be in the masquerade which I am looking forward to ^-^

I even made him buy brown contacts so he can have one blue eye and one brown eye :D

The sword is not going to be coming to this expo due to the fact that I don't see it as a important piece of the cosplay. After all, it is not in the artwork image so why should he have it at all! (in other words i'm too lazy to make it by October XD)

Finished! (Posted 1st October 2010)

Well, after a few nights of working with my head down I finished the cosplay. I have to say this was a really easy cosplay to make and it was extremley good fun to have a break from making so many ruffles for sakura.

Can't wait to see how this looks on my friend at the expo, look out for us in our Sakura and Syaoran cosplays on Sunday ^-^

It has begun! (Posted 9th June 2010)

So, I finally decided to start all 4 of my costumes at once so I can hopefully finsih them all at around the same time. Money is still an issue but I will find a way to buy all the fabric.

I have started making the patterns and planned out exactly how I am going to make the costume so look forward to some progress picutres soon ^-^

So many cosplays, so little time (Posted 5th June 2010)

Maybe I am pushing myself by hoping to make 4 new cosplays by october?

Oh well, I enjoy making them and I have the 6 week break in the summer. 1 costume per week XD

I have allways been interested in this artbook image since I saw it in the manga. My friend has agreed to be my syaoran again (as well as my kurogane) so I am very happy. I still don't know if I am going to be mean and make him wear 1 blue contact XD
