|Awards :||3rd place in cosplay contest at J-cultre Con 2009|
|Time Taken :||A long time|
|I have also worn this costume at J-Cultre Con 2009.|
Zero Was my first fully completed Cosplay i have ever made, i loved his character so much hi spersonality hit me the most and how much he cared for Yuki. His passion for being in the world struck me and this is what made me cosplay him. I love the way he organises his uniform in the manga/anime, and his Gun amased me such! ..I don't know if i would cosplay him again, we would have to see.
The eastiest part was buying a shirt and altering the collar, The tie and shoes were also bought but the rest was made by my mother and the prop (gun) was made by me. The hardest would have to be the pants as my mother had to make about 3 pairs to get them right. Also the buttons were taking a long time to put on, though all the effort was worth putting into!
Wearing the costume made me feel like the real character, the only Zero that would be pleased about himself. I felt awkward when getting glomped by Yuki's, and glomped by a kaname.. That creeped me out a bit. Though i had a lot of fun wearing this.
- I also wore this at J-Culture Con 2009 at Derby.
No longer cosplaying Zero (Posted 4th June 2010)
The reasons being are is that i will probably never cosplay him again, and that the outfit my mother made is far too big, this was made in a rush for a convention. The wig is also distroyed from permenent marker (Long story behind it). I feel sad about it as the wig did cost around £25. But things change in the real world. Don't worry i will probably be able to do soemthing with the wig and do a casual cosplay from Zero. I will see. But for now i won't be cosplaying him for a long time. Thanks for anyone who left lovely comments on my costume. I feel grateful that you did so!
Take care everyone
