| Huzzah I love Fang, and it was a blast to make this costume! The Sari is actually NOT sateen, because besides disliking the fabric, a lady wearing saris was able to tell me, only few saris are actually made of sateen. But mostly just because i dislike the fabric. It's made of two parts (making it a Sarong..) and I did some practicing wrapping! XD The staff was a real challenge to make, and I'm not really satisfied with it yet, but we'll see if I'll fix it! ^_^; Anyw questions? | |

@FairyPorchQueen: Look who's talking, just saw your Fang, and OMG! *jealous jealous* (if not your cosplay, I'd die for your figure!)
Anyway, the L'cie mark: I made stencils out plastic used to wrap school books, they have a sticky side, so I drew it out, cut them out (you'll have multiple stickers, it's pain to work it out on your arm) Then I used white make-up to cover it whole, get the stickers off, used some blue and black (which will turn grey on the white) to finish it off. But the stickers make sure the white comes out 'clean'
I use the same for the tattoo, for which I have tattoo spray (yes, tattoo spray <3) Hope this helps you?
@Everybody else; thanks guys! I'm tempted to bring her to Expo, because of a lot of XIII cosplayers, but I guess FPQ brings hers, and I already have three cosplay for the two days! >.< (and sadly, my friend, for whom I made the Vanille won't be able to come to Expo)

Haha thanks :) it feels like its taking forever to do though, i hope mine turns out as awesome as yours! Ahh of corse i didnt even think of using sticky back plastic! genius! i have loads of the stuff haha. oOooo tattoo sprayy! I have like a dauber kinda thing for mineeee. This helps ALOT thank you muchly ^__^
