General
Cost :	Quite a bit :s Probably around £100 for fabrics, beads, jewellery, shoes, contact lenses etc.
Time Taken :	Hard to say because I was doing it a bit at a time over a few months.

Description
Well.... My first cosplay I've made pretty much all by myself. I'm definately not working with beads again.... Here's the list from bottom to top: Shoes - I tried making boot covers but it is so difficult plus I couldn't find the right fabric so i bought some yellowish plain boots. Fluffly bits on shoes - The boots have an uneven shape along the rim so instead of struggling to glue fluff on and ruining them i (and my mum XD) sewed the fluff onto an old pair of sock instead! genius! So i can just fold them down over the boots. I got the fabric from a charity shop on a crazy body warmer... Skirt - I made a skirt for mcm expo 09 but it kinda sucks and the colours aren't right so i have a better fabric and dyes to remake the skirt. It's made of a strip of material round my hips, some fuffles sewed to the back and a yellow loin cloth on the from XD Fur on the back - I doubled over faux fur and stictched straight lines vertically down it instead of making it wavy as the fabric was too ridged. I then cut out the back leather bit and sewed/glued it on. the whole fur is glue gunned to a brown belt and the pink tie thingy is linin that is just sewed either side of the fluff. Bag - my friends mum is awesome and is making the bag for me :D i should have it soon! yay! Belt - baught a belt from clairs and markered on the lines then used painted foamies on for the metal parts and faaux leather strips for the brown parts ( the same colour as the fabric for her weapon holster) Bracelets - bought silver ones from Clair's and panted a few turqi=uoise and gold. Top - Pink linen (same as the pink tie on the skirt) that I made by first making a pattern out of paper to make sure it would fit me and then cutting the fabric and sewing it with my machine. Neclaces - brown thick string with cotton string wrapped round and then beads that i painted for the larger one. Beads - OH MY GAWD! I got my beads online and they were all light brown so i had to spray paint then white with several layers and then paint the coloured ones after threading on stretchy plastic/elastic string. I bout other larger beads from my local craft store (Crosses)and painted those. I glue gunned everything together. The pendant at the top and the tooth thingys are made from salt dough :) Back flap (dunno what it's called) - I made one but it was too big and dark and i rushed it the night before so i'm going to make another one in a lighter fabric i found and make sure it's smaller. Eyes - I think Vanille's eyes are green but it's hard to tell depending on what animation it is (short cutscene or a proper cinematic bit)so I bought Geo Nudy Green lenses (I'd definately reccomend these as they are really anime/final fantasy like to make your eyes look bigger) Ear rings - I bout a pair from Clair's that are almost exactly like Vanilles so I didn't have to make them. Hair - I can't stand wigs and i'm ginger anyways so i got a shorter layer cut in my hair similar to Vanille's and i just need loadsa hair spray =3 Please comment if you have any questions ^-^
