| This will be the first costume im going to make, I'm goona make a Popples Kigurumi !!! oh yes ill try anyways ^_^ ------------- I'm so proud of my costume ,it was tricky but I did it in the end ^_^ I love the Popples and Potato chip is my fave popple........just love 80's cartoons. Theres an intro to the popples (on video bit) if you have no idea what it is. Popples make you smile.... | |

POM POM TAIL (Posted 24th June 2010) Well thats the pom pom and tail done, just need to sew it on to the body now.^_^ |

HOOD PART DONE (Posted 24th June 2010) The hood is finnished, face, ears and half a wig cut down and sewn on. |

FELT FACE (Posted 21st June 2010) Finaly finnished makeing the face, sewing and glueing the felt on. |

HOOD IDEAS (Posted 11th June 2010) I'v sewn the hood onto the body now I need to make the face and sew the hair and ears on. Hood went totally wrong to mutch gather around the neck :( ahhhh have to unpick it ALL and re-do it again. Thats better I did it right 2nd time round hurray!! |

BODY DONE (Posted 25th May 2010) Well I'v sewed the legs and arms , put elastic in, put a zip in, makeing pattern for hood as well ......its looking good so far ^_^ |

CUTTING OUT FABRIC (Posted 19th May 2010) Pined down all my pattern parts to the yellow fleece and then cut the fabric out. |

CLOWN PATTERN (Posted 16th May 2010) S2849 Adult Clown Costumes Simplicity Pattern Right got the pattern, cutted it out to XL ....had to shorten the legs a bit, need to think about lowering the crotch, so that its like the Kimiguri. For the Kimiguri I'v heard some people have drawn a pattern from a massive fisher-mans jumper to the simplicity family pengwin pattern......I think my best bet is the clown jumpsute, I'll just have to make the hood up afterwards. |
