This wolverine costume is of my own design but made by taking inspiration from the 4 movie's, comic books and the 90's x men animated series.
Watching the animated series as a kid I always won't to be wolverine and after quite a foe years down the line my wish finally came true. The costume is a modified motorcycle jacket that has had the zip up flared sleeves lengthened and widened with a bronze leather insert put in; Bronze stitching put around pacific aeries and finally some special gold leather paint, painted on to complete the look. The claws are heavily modified kitchen cupboard handles bolted and welded to a keyboard slider which was then cut and had fingerless gloves and belt straps put on to attached it to my arms. The belt buckle is a design I made, cut out of foam, fiber glassed, body filled, sanded down, paint and airbrushed, and finally attached buckle mounts to the back to put it on a leather belt. The rest is just a white t shirt, jeans, boot's and a pear of dog tags. Also I grow my hair long with a pear of side burns to complete the look.
