General
Cost : some money, more that £10 less than £100
Time Taken : some hours, quite a few

Description
The first and best costume I made... although Lex_is_evil did most of the hard work.

Hardest part: getting me to make a cosplay outfit and go fabric shopping and use a sewing machine

Easiest part: the bits that I didn't do... like the wings and hat... they were possibly quite tricky to make.

Also it is quite hard for me to not look gormless in photos

The skirt is made poofy by layers of gathered dress netting between layers of thin cotton
