| So Definatly wearing this for May Expo on the sunday as part of the Darkstalkers group! Shes win :D But seriously.... People of Cosplay Island! I know your all lovely =3 and 9/10 you will all say something nice, even if its not the truth... However, I need to know that I can pull this cosplay off....otherwise there is no point in me doing her. So I need you all to be as honest as possible... TL:DR Please give me comments/critques about whether you not you think I will suit her COMPLETE Though I think I kinda failled epically Would like to do her again The wings got epically bashed by the wind and ended up not sitting right in most photos I have seeen. They also didn't sit how they were made to sit due to not being able to support their weight....therefore the boning ended up looking weird >< Also bat tights would be remade... So I would def remake them...I am happy with everything else though. | |

Test (Posted 25th April 2010) I had another experiment today with my corset (which is awesomely purple...good for everything else but not so good for this) However, this leads me to a problem with the heart though...Not only do I not want to cut a hole out of fav piece of clothing, I do not think I even could due to it being steel boned XD |

I seriously can't think of anyone better than you to cospay Morrigan! You have both the height and the body for it! :D
I'm all for constructive criticism, glad to hear someone's open to it! There is no better, or quicker, way to growth. So here's some honest pointers from me:
From what Mtani said I gather you're tall, that's one factor down. You've got very nice legs and curves overall, though if you want to pull off Morrigan perfectly you'll have to bend a couple rules of nature. If i were you I'd put some boning into the waistline of the top and/or wear shapewear to give you as tiny a waist as you feel comfortable wearing. Then I'd pad the bra with some thick gel pads to really enhance the boobs, yet keep the jiggle. You're already lucky enough to own a pair of gorgeously shaped ones, so you won't have to give them a lift or anything. Heels is a must, to get both the posture in particular. I don't know how extravert you are, but don't forget to lay on the attitude for this cos, as your moves and poses will make up quite a chunk of successful Morrigan.

Oh my gosh YES! ^_^ You've got great thighs - which imo looks best on fighter chars like Morrigan, Chun Li, etc.

You suit her down to the ground, im not able to talk indepth like Adamoluna because i fail at such things but i wouldnt've suggested it to nana...and then came to you with the idea xD if i didnt think you were the woman for the job <3

I will second the boning though. Make sure to use proper steel boning though and not the crappy plastic stuff you get in really flimsy store bought corsets.
Yes, your shape will suite her well, you're tall and curvy. Bringing your waist in will enhance your hips and padding the breast area out a little will enhance your breasts.

but the arm things are to bright ,and as for stockings , my sister bought 2 purple one's and put them over together and that worked out great ^^

I told some guy friends that were coming to expo I was doing this and they insisted they would act as protectors XD Amusing.
I'm glad..in an outfit like that it will protect you from any weird stalkers. Doesn't happen much, thankfully, but I have heard some stories of girls being followed around all day. So this way you can enjoy your cosplay. :)
