| This is to be part of a Soul Calibur group and out of all the possible options this is the one that I liked the most - luckily for a start she's got brown eyes and long dark hair - a bit like myself! =^_^= AND! her name rhymes with mine - wooooo decision made! =^_^= Update, 18 Jun : Yay! I have finally! managed to start work on various parts of this costume: the arm band, headband and modesty skirts - and a heowge Scarlet Thunder =^_^= Unfortunately, slower progress than I would like but every step helps I guess =*_*= Update, 24 Jun : Stitching has commenced on the above pieces of fabric (although I've encountered an error so I might end up making a new skirt - dippy me). And Scarlet Thunder is now covered in three coats of latex. Well, you've gotta play safe! Update, 30 Jun : Lots of sewing to do on the above but I shall have to do it all by hand now... why?? Because the sewing machine refuses to be my friend *sigh* But on the sunny side: boots are finished - as are gloves =^_^= *pats herself on the back* well it's progress at least. Pix will be up as soon as I download them from camera and phone. Update, 07 Jul : Photos added to CI =^_^= Update, 21 Jul : Scarlet Thunder is almost complete, save for a bit of painting =^_^= (now to pray it fits in my car!) Still lots of sewing to do on the bra top and one of the skirts - if you can't find me, I'll be the one buried beneath the pile of needles and thread =>_<= Update, 28 Jul : Scarlet Thunder withered in the heat a few days ago (what??!?!), but with gentle persuasion and strategic prodding and poking it seems to have perked up. Fingers Xed it doesn't do it again!! So aside from a layer of lacquer it is now complete *smiles* Also, after a delayed dawning that satin doesn't stretch (!) and consequently having to improvise on the works, Seung Mina's top is hopefully almost complete. She even has a very perky upright green collar. Most amusing. Update, 6th Aug : Seung Mina is complete =^___^= Now to remember to pack every bit of her to take to AmeCon ... | |

Never played it! And I don't think I'd actually heard of the game until a couple of months ago - oops! *cowers into a corner*
But I'm sure I will be exposed to it soon enough, and finding out a lot about it between now and August! :-p

I still like Taki's red costume but I just didn't want to do Seung Mina and Taki for the same event, so Taki is still in my head as a future possibility.
