| Me and a group of friends decided a week before MCM that we were going. This is what I managed to come up with in that amount of time. Shield and Sword are both compleatly home made. People actually thought the shield was made of metal. Sword was a bodge job after a couple of things went wrong with it. Links tunic was made by my mum <3 I dont sew. I make props and things. Didnt enter and comps with this one. | |

I used mountboard for both ^_^ For the shield I got one side wet so it curved, then made lots of stensils for the details. Then cuz them out of more mountboard, but using a craft knife at an angle to get the nice finish. Then lots of acrylic!! The bird bit was just fun foam. The sword was a massive fail. Is made of mount board, but lots of layers stuck together, then some shiney silver card stuck on top cuz I ruined the paint job on it :/
