| I wanted to make a Chii cosplay that wasn't all flouncy like they usually are ^^ I always loved the wine/white dress that Ms. Hibiya gave her, so I made that one :P Made out of poly cotton, cotton drill and ribbon lining the collar and cuffs. | |
