| As a result of a Gundam 00 spurt of motivation, I have started constructing the helmet out of wires, thin cardboard, and corrugated cardboard. UPDATE 12/3/08: OH MY SWEET FLYING PIGS, THIS IS GETTING SO HARD T_T UPDATE 29/3/08: I apologize for my spurt of motivation. I was blinded by my ambition to build a Mobile Suit, and after a sit down and good think, it would be best for me to just make the helmet. I don't think I want to spend my summer break panicking about whether I can finish it on time for Kitacon 09. Building means money, and I doubt I want to spend my hard earned money on a Gundam suit that I will wear once or twice and then proceed to collect dust and spiders in the shed. Besides, cardboard pieces were hogging my once tidy bedroom and I really wanted my clean room back ._. >>>I AM ONLY GOING TO MAKE THE HELMET AND THE GN RIFLE<<< I really really apologize for thinking I could ever pump myself to do it, and for letting you all down =( Man I feel like I've screwed you all around >.< | |

awwwww pheebs its no worries u havent let anyone down at all hun, you have proved with the gun and head you have more than enough skill to build it but just needed more time and money dont worry your lickle head, haha, and thing i see with the gundam is.... dont set a date because ull worry just go with the flow and build it over time

I suppose it's better not giving a deadline for projects, but if I don't give myself a deadline then it'll never get done LOL. Thank you again and I'll know who to turn to if I have any problems in the future :)

Phoebe you moose, its fantastic no matter what youve done with it! Besides, cosplay is mostly about experimentation and seeing what works! No need to weigh yourself down so!

Just saw your Gundam pieces, we need to talk.
wait, not in a 'I think you have a problem, this is an intervention I'm taking you to cosplay rehab' kind of way but I'm doing Transformers group cosplay and I have this vision of how I want it to be but no one else does so was wondering if we could get together and work on a piece together (will pay you commission fee but I like having a bit of input too if I commission something, I'm a nosey bastard). Then I can show them what I mean maybeee.
