| Re-l has such a fantastic outfit and I totally love the character; she's so intircate and full of flaws yet immense strength. She has great development over the series. Ergo Proxy is a fantastic anime. Love it to bits. I'm very much looking forward to this costume. It's so kickass :P The main problem I've had so far has been finding suitable material in the weird colour/shades that her outfit is. In the anime she always looks kinda grey-ish but in all the anime artworks and OST covers and posters etc her outfit is always shades of greyish purple - so that's the colour scheme I shall be doing :) 31/8/08 this was a great outfit to wear. My only dissapointments were that I couldnt get a dark grey shirt material to make the shirt, thoughthe shirt I used looks fine in the end, and that I couldn't find more accurrate boots. Aw darn i can't believe i missed this at ame :(
Did you run into either of the proxies while you wearing this?
I was wearing it on the sunday :) (and my cosplay was only recognised by 1 person all day xD lol)
and sadly no, I didn't find any of the proxy cosplayers whilst wearing Re-l :( It seemed everyone only wore their proxies on the saturday. Dissapointing cos that would have made for some photos. ahh well. The proxy cosplayers looked great - I was in the queue with a few for the masquerade

This costume looks ace! I'd love to cosplay as Re-L at some point as she so under cosplayed. Nice to see someone has given her character some love and done it well!
