| Massive....... I figured I had the height and look to pull this off so I was dieing to do it. The costume had to be walked sideways through doors but was big enough to hide all sorts of weapons, props and people underneath. It was also really heavy but what a small price to pay to be Ilpalazzo-sama for a day. It was made for an obligatory Wessex Anime Skit :P (also featuring Menchi, Nabeshin, Sumiyoshi, a Puchu and an articulated standee Excel) | |

dude how did you make the shoulder armour fit to you was it like a american rugby shoulder armour thing base
Basicaly I built a padded shaped platform that went over my head and sat on my shoulders. The capes draped over that and then the actual shoulder armour sat on the top. The cross pieces on the inside of each shoulder pad are shaped to fit the platform.

Excellent job. I'm cosplaying as Illpalazzo later this year but wsn't sure about doing the armour. Seeing how good yours has come it is making me reconsider.
