| Crown is made from Sintra The head piece is all homemade using hair extentions and a hand made cap. The dress is made from cordoyd and bathroom matting to simulate the mail. I would have loved to make this out of real mail, but too heavy! and too expensive. The wand is wood and styrofoam | |

Sheepskin collar looks so soft. :)
:O awesomes! <3
one of my favourite costumes from the film ^___^ well done!
Thank you!
An unmissable opportunity - the Snow Queen in her element. ^_^
Costume looks fantastic. You matched the hair colour and style nicely for the headpiece, I wish the Titian colour could extend around the sides too but I know these pulled back hair styles are notoriously difficult to do with wigs. I am looking into lace front wigs for one of my next cosplays.
I know what you mean! I've had to resign myself to the fact that I'm not blonde nor will I ever be. I made that hair piece myself, it had sides originally but they looked awful, so I took them off. I'm taking the point of view that the hair piece is Aslan's mane and that Jadis is having a dark hair day...lol I can live with that!
Fantastic costume! I really like the unusual fabrics you used to achieve the look, it's so similar.
Awesome costume hun. You really have done a fantastic job.
Yay! You too have used Cintra/Foamlux PVC. I love the stuff. I use it for all my armour.

lol... ok I can live with that explanation too :D
Amy-lou: thank you for your kind comments. I really enjoyed wearing this costume, it was fun to figure out and to make.
Sephy, yeah, Cintra is a great medium, I was toying with the idea of using Wonderfex, but I plan to use Plasticard again for the manga costume I'm planning for the autum. I'm sure I saw a link to an online shop you posted on the forum (thanks).
Ranma, I don't think I'll wear this again, so I doubt I'll invest in a full wig...unless it's dirt cheap (unlikely) or I can use it for another costume!
Amazing replica of the costume!
Thaks for your comment on Arwen! It was great meeting you too :) You looked awesome! And slightly scary.. which fits. :P Sorry I didn't stop to chat longer!
This is amazing! :)
Thank you :)
Wow amazing head piece! you look great! xx
