OKay, hearing one of my friends was doing a Sailor Moon cosplay and me and another friend were looking to go as a pair together, it was decided that we would go as Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus! Seeing as I had the hair for the latter it seemed the obvious choice for me to be her! ^^ Bought the maind outfit off ebay - I had no idea how to construct it myself, hehe, tiara was from ebay too. Boots bought and painted blue, broach made out of fimo and a broach thingie. Hair, my own. This was probably one of the most fun outfits I've worn in a while to a con. It was comfortable (well, all except the boots) there were plenty of Moonie fans, so lots of pictures were to be had. Hehe, admittedly the requests for shoujo-ai was a surprisingly large amount, but it was all a good laugh and stuff. Wouldn't mind re-wearing the outfit sometime soon, though maybe when its a little warmer next time ^^;
