I love the outfits in final fantasy 3, and seeing as my favorite job in any final fantasy game is the Red Mage I've decided to cosplay Refia at London's MCM expo in May. At the moment I predict the hardest bit will be the hat... 6/05/2008 Despite any updates or photos I only have the hat to finish. Over the last two days I have made the shape out of fun foam, then heated it to set in the right shape. I bought some felt to go over the hat and then I'll attach the feathers to it :). The tunic is complete, but I still need to make the scarf, and the buckles for the boots. After that everything should be complete! 8/02/2008 Fixed on velcro to attach collar and have tidied up the hems in order to attach the white triangles to the cloak tomorrow evening. Also have examined hat and have my 2 white feathers! 6/02/2008 Have had mammoth battle with putting the white lining round the top of the cloak. I managed to bend a needle from the sewing machine as a result of the thickness of the material :(. However collar is completed, and am just shaping the bottom of the cloak to layer the 3 white triangles underneath.

Photos biatch. I demand photos! >/ I'm sure it looks great! The sewing machine is frustrating at first, but you'll get used to it. You tacking and everything, yis?

Indeede :) Its got a lot better as I've got further with the cloak. I'm hoping to have it finished by saturday ^^. I'll put up some photos when its finished and I can wear it without being harpooned with pins!
