| i spent alot of time on the costume and its most proberly my favorite to so far. i love the hat, even though i made it just a little bit too small. the dress has a hoop skirt and the whit bit has wire inside to push it out. i used the same wand from my last cardcaptor cosplay except i improved it slightly, the star was a bit wobbly so i fixed it to make it solid. the boots are basically stockings with garters to hold them up. and the stars are painted polystyrene. | |

i almost did this cosplay too! not for expo, i had it planned and made the basic dress without stuff on, then decided i couldn't be bothered. lol! the unifnished hing is still hanging on my progress rail. ><
