| Oh ho ho! Kain! Another under appreciated FF character =D And now completed. This was a lot of fun to wear at Expo, though I have to say, so many people thought I was from Yu-Gi-Oh... If someone could tell me what exactley from Yu-Gi-Oh I looked like, I would appreciated it. It left me in much confusion...! (All those people that said 'Dragoon!' as I walked past. ILU.) The costume itself was really light weight and not as insanely hot as I thought it would be. Lipstick was a pain in the ass (Kain is such a woman, right? :P) and I need to consider a new harnessing system for the leg armour (apparently elastic & velcro is *not* the best combination in the world ever for thigh armour) but other then that I am very pleased with the outcome! Many thanks to the lovely Rydias on Saturday and Sunday (3 of you! All with beautiful costumes!) and the wonderful Rosa (you're a star, for both your costume and photoshoot organising skills!). Also many thanks to Shamasus for realising I couldn't carry my bag. Thank you. <3 So.... difficult... And so it begins. (Posted 2nd November 2009) What have I done? Why did I chose this? Seven months is not enough. I need longer to create this. It must be perfect. PERFECT. I bet it ends up costing an arm and a leg too. But won't it totally be worth it? Then again... I'm either gonna look good or totally rubbish. I'm thinking the latter! I think a good place to start is black trousers and a black shirt... normal, managable things... |

This was so awesome to see, you pulled Kain off perfectly. I was the Refia who suggested the macho man pose at Sunday's photoshoot 8D and I probably came off as stupidly hyper. Kain is just too awesome and you did it too well. Have some love! <3

Ooooh, I would love to join you for that. O: Gives me a chance to fix up all the bits I don't much like about the armour.
Only problem I can see is transporting both Kain and the Emperor up to london but I shall see how it goes. :D I would be honoured to join you again, just to stare at your pretty rosa costume ^^
