Description
Since the 2nd Uniform was a disaster, I thought i'd try my hand at making the 3rd one instead as it's much more begining friendly ^_^;; I got a cheap jacket and used it as the base of the uniform, chopping and changing, then adding the decoration. It's worked a lot better than the 2nd uniform (fewer zips!). I'm planning on wearing it a the expo in a couple of days, so we shall see how it goes ^_^
