Description
Grandia was the first RPG I ever played on my playstation. I remember playing it a lot, and I think it was probably the RPG that got me hooked on RPGs in the first place. Closely followed by Final Fantasy VII.
I was never able to complete the game, because the disks were badly scratched when we were having wooden flooring laid in my old house. I'd love to play it again. *-*

I fell in love with this game. It was just so pretty and colourful. And the characters were memorable and colourful too. Both in idiosincracies and design. None more so than Feena.
Her attitude is so sassy, but she's got a real maturity to her too. Which is why she's one of my favourite characters, next to Liethe/Riethe. Her outfit is a lot of fun too.
I like her outfit. The colours are bright, and I think that it should be fairly simple in places. But I'm looking forward to giving it a try.

Update 24/03/08
Okay, remade the skirt! Took an hour. Seriously. Its so easy. All hooked and eyed and got a popper too for extra support to keep it together. Its not that much longer than the first one, but its just little bit long so I can bend over without feeling too awkward about it! XD

Update 23/03/08
I'm going to be remaking the skirt for this. My sister took some photos of me wearing it and its just... SO SHORT. I didn't realise how short it was until I saw the photos. So I'm just going to make it again, just longer.
Shouldn't take long. The first one only took about an hour.

Update 16/03/08
Finished the boots. Finished the belt. Apart from needing to attach some hooks and eyes to the back to keep it together at the back, its allll finished.
Just need to get the wig so I can add the tubes and the... cones. :D

Update: 05/03/08
Finished my boots. Nearly finished the top. Gonna start painting the pattern on the belt tomorrow.

Update: 01/03/08
Happy March!
Well, this outfit is pretty much finished aside from some felt needing to be glued and some painting to be done, its finished! :D
I've got a wig on the way too, so the cones will be done when the wig arrives. Wheee!!
I did the shoes today. I found the perfect (seriously) shoes in Primark and got the LAST PAIR IN MY SIZE. SCORE! I had to hack some bits off, but they're perfect. I have to paint the patterns on them, and then they'll be finished. :]
Update: 27/02/08
The sleeves are nerly finished. I have four other felt triangles to add to each, and then the ribbon at the ends, then the sleeves will be finished.
I started and finished the skirt today, which was really easy. And found some red tights in C&H Fabric. I'm still trying to decide whether to stick with the red tights, or hunt around for some hold ups.
I've got the belt left to do, and the shoes (going to look for some plain brown shoes on Friday). I'm umm-ing and ahh-ing about the pack Feena carries around with her.
I'm going to order a wig when I get paid so I can get started on the cones straight away and won't be especially concerned about them.

Update: 26/02/08
I added the red bits of the sleeves, cutting away the actual bra straps to make it more comfortable. Then made the longer sleeves. I've sewn them in, and intend to cut out the felt shapes and finish the top by tomorrow so I can get started on the skirt.
I didn't realise quite how *low* I've made the top. Its uh... yeah... really low. I'm going to try and make it a little less "open" by putting the chord that holds her top together through where it's so open at the front.
Oh wow - this makes noooo sense. :D

Update: 25/02/08
Started the costume today. And I'm making some pretty good progress, not having work is a big help! XD
I have almost finished the top already. I basically took a cheap bra from Primark, cut the right shapes and I've sewn them on where necessary to make the basic top. Now I'm on to the sleeves, which, after doing Rydia, shouldn't be too hard! >:D
I've also got some felt to do the decorations on the sleeves.
I've made the top too long, so I'm going to have to play around with it a little to make it shorter.

Low?! Did you see the 'top' I wore for Rikku? If I can pull that off, you have NO problems pulling this off! You're gonna look so cute!
