Details (Posted 23rd January 2010) Alright, I've got my plane ticket, my hotel booked, patterns all drawn up for the skin suit, corset and extra boobs now all I need is my next pay check to come in so I can but some material for it. I'm detemined on started what will be easiest first so I will not get side tracked when I start working on her wings and helmet. I've contemplated having detachable ears so when the helmet gets heavy I can take that off and pu the ears on so we cn see the beautiful Jenova. As for the beautiful tenticles at her feet, they will also be detachable by means of velcro and hooks and eyes. since the suit I'll be wearing does not cover the fingers, neck, face or feet (thinking of dying like 2 pairs of soks there) I've been experimenting with ways of making my skin turn blue. I'l be getting my hair cut 3 days before I fly out and coloured the day after that |

brain storming (Posted 7th November 2009) okay since my friends and I are strongly contemplating a trip to england for the may connvention...I've planned everything as though I am coming... while I was at work bored as a I usually am I started day dreamig as to how I could make this outfit even more epic then what it alread was going to be and I have com to the conclusion that...jenova will be wearing an underbust corset and her wings will be protrouding from her back (not shoulders) with the help and support of the corset... as soon as I finih my terra cosplay...which shouldn't take too long (I'm thinking 1 maybe 2 weekends wince I'd already drawn up the patterns) I will be commencing this outfit |

I am intrigued- and at the same tiem very very scared
good luck with this
I'm scared to work on the wings
I'm looking for a to make them foldable
so they're easier to transport
but yes be scared
my friend wants to do this- kinda hard to convince a boy that he may look slightly odd- I mean baggy women crossplays are fine- but it'll be tight, and revealing
wouldn't be too hard... with the boobs he could simply make them then attatch them to the skin suit...if that's the approach he's taking
-its something I have to do any way
yeah but this is a guy with no cosplaying experience whatsoever
and I ain't making it for him *shudder* the tighness!
ahhh yeah tight xD
sh's going to be my most challenging...never worked with stretch material before
just make sure you measure everthing and it'll be fine I know it will
I've had a brain spaz and have thought of more ways to improve this costume design
just becareful you dont make too heavy or something *image of jenova falling over
lol if I did that I'm sure there'll be laughter all around xD
and I'll just blame hojo
Seriously looking forward to this. It will be so epic.
I know...i might be a tad outta character due to being locked up in a tube for the past 20 years...so excuse my eagerness xD
