For CrystalNeko's Pokemon group :D I was talking to a friend recently and we got into a short conversation about Pokemon and Ginjinkas. He had made a design for Cubone so then I mentioned I'd love to do Articuno someday. we then spoken about a couple of our favourite pokemons when we were younger and I mentioned Charmander and mentioned I'd make a cute ginjinka of that said pokemon. I was fixing and playing around wth my Ranma wig at the time which is bright red and fell in love with being a fire pokemon. I already have most of what I needed. I looked at pictures of Charmanders stages and Charzard and Charmander appear more orange but Charmeleon appears more redder so Charmeleon it is :) Im doing a few orange cosplays right now so red will be a nice change. Red would make a lovely contrast with my green eyes :D COMPLETE Not something to write home about but was fun to make ^_^ Looking forward to the meet :)

COMPLETE (Posted 2nd March 2011)

Just finished this evening. As I cba to post pics the costume has-

Top
Red tube top with white sewn on front. A ring is attactched to the front and has straps which makes it a halterneck

Skirt
Short red skirt with tail ^_^

Sports jacket
Oversized-would like a better fitting one but meh, it adds to the rebellious teen look and looks like one that is often worn during PE lessons in anime. Was left in the closet for aaaages but never worn until today.

Boots
From Love is War Gumi cosplay

Over-the-knee socks
To cover legs. Plain white.

Gloves
Added for the hell of it. Red and black stripes.

Wig
As said in the journal.

Goggles
From Love is War Gumi. Added for added badassness XD

Looks wired on me as it is so I may need to put some straps on it. I plan to wear a hoodie over it so my stomach wont be showing but that would make it hard to show that the top is both red and black >< ah well.

Needs hemming.
