| Me and my friends were running late to choose what we wanted to cosplay for a Con. It was either gothic lolitas or something else. We decided that Gothic Lolitas would be the best because I already sort-of had a Gothic Lolita outfit in the making and it would be easier than starting from scratch (also my friends wanted an excuse to buy gothic lolita dresses). Some of the outfit was all leant or given to me thankfully, like the wig I borrowed off my friend and she gave me the awesome shoes (yay!). Also I got an excuse to buy that cute little hat which I just *adore*. However the outfit was still in the making and was still sewing like crazy several days before the actual con. I was actually sewing frills and things on the train up to the con! Its not as pretty as I had hoped but it still had the desired effect! Lots of people took loads of photos - we got swamped by cameras at one point! But it was a lot of fun! | |
