I made this myself for Halloween 1998 or 1999. I didn't even know what cosplay was back then. XD The backpack was an old christmas stocking which I put a shoelace through, and I was really proud of it because it worked like a drawstring. XD; I remember that all the spray-on orange hair dye came out when I rubbed a balloon on my head. o_o (Why we do this as kids, I'm not sure...) And I made the togepi out of paper mache at home :D I was so proud of it!!
