| Needed a quick and easy costume for a local event in Manchester. I also wnated one that I could do with dark roots. I thought of Hojo. As I can use my own glasses and my own hair. I would need to spray it dark. Which I have done before. I can put together the rest of the outfit from closet. I have the ID badge saved on disc so I can print it off. Now to practise the made scientist glare. *Mankai* Wore my Hojo. Went down well. It was a comfortable costume but very hot to wear (I think even hotter than my Sephiroth and thats saying something). The lab coat was a proper one so it was very heavy cotton. The hair proved quite tricky to do as my own is quite tricky to style. Apprantly it loves being the bangs of dome and the crunik spike but not the mad Prof bangs. I also ran out of black hair spray so I had a two tone pony tail. Lol! Had printer issues so no ID badge. If I do wear it again which I might as he was fun to play I'll have one ready for then. | |

Planned for Oct 2011 (Posted 24th August 2011) Due to real life busyness I'm bringing Hojo to Oct Expo. For this I hope to set him up with a wig as the hair spray is annoying. I also hope to have the ID card done finally as well as some stage magics ;) |

Thanks guys. He was really quite fun to play. Especially with the 'no touchy, no touch' when ever a KH cosplayer kept threathing to hug me. Lol!
That's actually quite scary...
I remember saying to my ex before Dirge of Cerberus came out that Hojo would have that mad crazed scientist voice, and he said "nah, I think he'd be more like Sephiroth" (because of the *hint* connection - just in case anyone DOESN'T know the game). I just looked at him worriedly, and told him to wait for Dirge. Lo and behold, I was right!
Are you taking this to the London MCM Expo, because I will want to hear it "IN PERSON" if you do.
