| EDIT I've had quite a few people asking where I got the top so here's how: I looked everywhere for shirt that would be suitable or a shirt I could cut up, and in the end I just went to the supermarket and found three vests (with fairly thick straps) on sale - one purple, one lilac and one pink. The pink one was used for the tail and stuff. The other two I put on top of each other and cut across for the stripes, making them like Hikaru's shirt. After that I sewed the correspoding bits together and had a striped vest. The long sleeves were just a cut off a cardigan I found in a bargain bin in a clothes shop. The leftover material was used for the Hikaru ears and stuff like mini!Kaoru's ears. /EDIT Worn at London MCM Expo October 2009 A few months after the images on here were taken, I bleached my hair again and it went the perfect colour (when bleached, my hair goes a weird shade of orange,not even the hairdressers can get it to go blonde) so I wore the cosplay for a smaller Nemacon event. | |

But is there any chance that you can give me advice on where to find the striped shirt, I looked practically everywhere I could think of.
