| Princess Tutu is my favourite anime and Ahiru is just an amazing character. Also I'm probably the worst in my ballet class and I am extremely clumsy XD Then When I gave Angela the DVDs she was hooked and we agreed to make the uniforms! I wanted to remake Tutu but I decided to wait until I'm en pointe ;D thankfully because I'm rubbish and Angela's not she gave me the patterns after she'd finished her Lilie costume making this muuuuch easier for me XD Still, because, as previously mentioned, I'm quite rubbish I couldn't line it properly! I was doing really well then I accidentally cut a piece in half and didn't have enough material to remake it D: so it remains unlined for the time being. The wig was a bit of a challenge because I've never really done anything spectacular with wigs. It's an orange (not the best colour choice but it was all I could get and I didn't have time to dye it) Ivy wig from cosworx that's been cut a bit at the top and flicked out slightly with 2 spikes on one side. Ahiru's signature spike was a piece of foam with some of the wig hair I had lying around glued on. | |
